This sunny 3-room apartment is located in a historic building from 1905 with a private garden in a quiet location in the rear building. With a living area of approximately 75 square meters, it offers a solid foundation for individual needs. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a table, a dresser, and a designer steel bed (160x200 cm). The mattress is 1 year old and in very good condition. The apartment and garden are in the rear building and enjoy a quiet location. There’s a playground across the street. With Tempelhofer Feld and numerous cafes, clubs, and restaurants, as well as the weekly market, the Schillerkiez is the perfect place to live to experience Berlin’s vibrant diversity. The neighborhood is warm and welcoming; in Neukölln, people of all nationalities and cultures come together :) My current roommate is quiet, works part-time, and is studying for an important exam until the end of the year. That means please be respectful and give her the space she needs. Parties are not welcome here! With the open-concept kitchen, living room, and garden, there’s plenty of space for everyone :)
