The M1 is only a few meters away from the apartment and also the train stations U Seestraße and U Osloer Straße are within walking distance. You can also do your shopping with just a three-minute walk. Everything you could wish for you can be found in this area! The Mauerpark is a popular place to spend the evening in summer. A popular running track is this even in winter. ?Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer.
