Located in a leafy, upscale area of Berlin, this "alt-bau" apartment built in 1901 has high ceilings, wood floors, french doors, 2 balconies a wintergarten. You will be renting my room while I am away for 3months, and will have access to my office, including printer, wifi, etc., as well as the other areas of the house such as living room with 3m movie screen and kitchen, of course. I have 2 great flatmates - Brian 55 yo is a teacher and runs an english-language comedy club, and Stefan, 33 yo, is a university student and tutor. Public transport is a 3min walk, and we are just off one of the best shopping streets in Berlin. There is also French cafe just across the street, and plenty of other restaurants. The apartment is bright and sunny, and my room is very spacious with decorations from my many travels, and has its own balcony. We are a very tolerant group and expect you to be, too!
