Renovated apartment with bright rooms, high ceilings and beautiful stucco in Schöneberg. The apartment is 85m2 in size. In addition to a bright living room, there is a large bedroom. The apartment is a first occupancy after renovation. The furnishings are new, as I just moved in 2021. Kitchen and the bathroom are completely redone. The apartment is super connected. Bus is 2 min away. U-Bahn 5 minutes and S-bahn (Ringbahn and S1) only 10min. Right outside the door are various restaurants, bars and supermarkets and a large shopping street. I am going abroad for a few months. Since the flight is not booked yet, the move-in and move-out date is quite flexible. However, I would like to leave for at least 3 months. Neben einem hellen Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist ein Erstbezug nach Renovierung. Die Einrichtung ist neu, da ich erst 2021 eingezogen bin. Küche und das Bad sind komplett neu gemacht. Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Bus ist 2 min entfernt. U-Bahn 5 Minuten und S-bahn (Ringbahn und S1) nur 10 min. Direkt vor der Tür sind zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und eine sehr beliebte Einkaufsstrasse. Ich gehe für ein paar Monate ins Ausland. Da der Flug noch nicht gebucht ist, ist das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum recht flexibel. Ich möchte jedoch mindestens für 3 Monate weg.
