We created a student-friendly living space by selecting materials that transform the apartment into a peaceful environment with bright colors: a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen and all you need to cook both gastronomic and on-the-go meals. It has Limoges dishes, fine glasses, good cutlery, and sharp cooking knives. Each room offers a single bed and (a) roomy closet(s). Laundry is a snap with an all-in-one washer-dryer. Washing machine and dryer - NO dishwaher - NO inside keys Getting downtown is easy with many public transport connections, and the apartment is only a ten-minute walk from the Adlershof S-Bahn station. But if you are an academic you may not even need to travel: Adlershof is known for its university institutes (Humboldt) and the HTW (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft). If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit is two month rent: - for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€ - for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€ If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent - a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move-in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest Let us know if you need any additional information! Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
