In order for you to get your keys, the deposit and our one-time service fee of 199 must be paid before check-in. The landlord only accepts tenants between 18 and 40 Check-in /out: - Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.) Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! We are a young and international community located in ‘Mitte’, which ist the most central and one of the trendiest areas in Berlin. The neighborhood is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is home to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands.
