The large room has a few corners for cooking, eating, relax, sleep, work and the second small room has multiple purposes, too getting changed, relax, work, sleep. The kitchen corner is fully equipped with all appliances and a dish washer. The modern bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The 4 windows allows much sunlight, which can be darkened though blind curtains. The french balcony is ideal for smokers or to enjoy the quiet green courtyard. The bed coming out of the sofa is very comfortable thanks to a latted frame and a good mattress. The apartment is located in Kreuzberg, one of the most popular and lively areas of Berlin. More precisely it lies in front of Mariannenplatz, a quiet and elegant big square that serves as a green oasis in this busy district. The former noon hospital facing the park is an historic building, nowadays hosting art exhibitions and cultural associations. The nearby area of Oranienstrasse is very popular for alternative shopping and night crawlers, with plenty of international restaurants, unique cafés, tiny shops, boutiques and trendy bars, attracting people from the whole city. The next public transportations are: - U8 / U1 Kottbusser Tor approx. 400m - U1 Görlitzer Bahnhof approx. 300m - Bus 140 approx. 100m - Bus M29 approx. 200m High-speed internet with flat-rate wireless connection. No pets allowed and smoking only in the balcony, thank you for your understanding. Fresh bed linens, towels and mats are available for a fair price upon request. ANMELDUNG: all necessary documents to register to the autorithies will be provided. Keep in mind that in order to be accepted for this offer you will need to have the following documents ready: - Copy of ID/passport - Proof of Income - Job Contract and/or Certificate of Enrolment from the University After acceptance you will be asked to sign the rental contract directly with the accommodation provider and to pay the deposit before the move in.

Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
