Kastanienallee, Berlin 3

This berlin-style apartment is located in the center of bars, cafes, international restaurants and take-out places just at the corner of the beautiful and well known Kastanienallee (Mitte/Prenzlauerg Berg). You are at the center of east Berlin and you are able to reach even museums, parks and markets in walking distance. Besides, the Tram is at 2 min and two subway lines are close. You are best connected to the rest of Berlin ;) The studio is my private place and you will have it for yourself. It is very bright, neat and clean. The kitchen is stuffed for cooking, if you like. The bathroom is small and new, with a little bathtub. There is a big table and besides there is everything you will need for living ... a big bed! The place is ideal for work and studies. At the moment there is a building scaffolding in place, therefore I adjusted the price. It is not frequented, but sometimes there might be some working noise.
