The apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century building with high ceilings and has 3 rooms; a living room (30 sqm) and a master bedroom (25 sqm) facing the street, and the kitchen, office /kid ?s room, and bathroom face the back yard. The location is very central, 5 min walking from U8 stop Rosenthaler Platz, directly opposite of Weinbergpark. Many hip restaurants, shops and actually all you need within walking distance. A tram runs on the street, and while the windows provide good noise insulation, please consider before booking if you are noise sensitive. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with 1 child.
