In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! All of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like heating, electricity, water and internet. We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin.The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110. The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl. There are also plenty of cafes and shops around: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale and more. The building is close to Bürgeramt Hohenzollerndamm, and just few minutes walking distance away from the Stadtbad Wilmersdorf II - Berliner Bäder Pool and the Sommerbad Wilmersdorf. Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges.
