Our charming end-of-terrace house is located in one of Berlin’s greenest and most peaceful residential areas, close to beautiful forests and lakes while still offering excellent access to the city. The House The house offers approximately 120 m2 of living space and comes fully furnished and ready to move in. It includes: * 3 bright bedrooms on the upper floor * Spacious bathroom with bathtub * Guest bathroom on the ground floor * Fully equipped kitchen * Large living and dining area * Balcony, terrace and private garden * High-speed internet * Plenty of free street parking nearby The property is ideal for a couple, a small family, or 2–3 professionals sharing the house. Rental Details * Available from: August 6 * Minimum stay: 6 months * Maximum stay: 9 months (extension may be possible upon agreement) * Monthly rent: €1,800 (all utilities included) * Fully furnished * Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated. Important Information There is one special aspect of this rental: My mother-in-law lives abroad most of the year but occasionally visits Germany for several weeks or a few months. During these periods, she stays in her private, self-contained living area in the basement with her own separate space. Only the kitchen and living/dining area are shared during her visits. She is warm, respectful, and values a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. For most of your stay, however, you will likely have the house entirely to yourselves. Looking for... We are looking for reliable and respectful tenants who will treat our home with care. Since we have many indoor plants as well as plants on the terrace and in the garden, we would especially appreciate someone who enjoys taking care of them while we are away.
