The apartment is designed in a modern style with spacious rooms and a great kitchen. All costs are included in the rent, including bills, internet, weekly cleaning and more! Only 3 minutes walk from the S-/U-Bahn station Weberwiese and Frankfurter Tor (U5), and around 8 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Warschauer Straße (S3, S5, S7, S9, U3, U1) making it easy to get to any other vibrant area in Berlin within a short amount of time. Not a dull moment in Friedrichshain! A true melting pot of different cultures, it gives you all that the city has to offer from exciting start-ups, lovely neighbourhood restaurants to clubs. And if you ever might need a break: take a walk along the waterfront and enjoy the sun setting over the Spree. Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out.
