The apartment is located in the beautiful quarter of Schöneberg (Gotenstrasse) on the 2th floor of a courtyard building, making it cosy and quiet but also close to a lively area. It displays typical features of german historical buildings (ALT-Bau) like the original doors and wooden floor boards. At the entrance there is a practical long coat-hanger and a very large mirror (to check the outfit and more...). In the bathroom a comfortable spacious shower, sink with a mirror, washing machine and a tall closet for cleaning supplies as well as room for many toiletries. The main space is cleverly divided into a sleeping and a living area. The double bed has drawers for extra storage and can be separated with curtains for more comfort and privacy. There is also a large wardrobe for many clothes and even more separation. The living area features TV board, sofa, table with chairs and a desk to work or study. The 3-seat sofa has drawers for even more storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils to cook, bake, eat, drink, etc. and there is a proper kitchen table for up to 4 seats. There are further household appliances like a regular high-temperature oven, an exhaust hood, microwave oven, toaster, water kettle, coffee machine, etc. . The nice, safe and respectful neighbourhood features many international restaurants, bars, small old-time shops, supermarkets and green areas to relax, like Kian Park and Gasometer park. Just a few steps away the S-Bahn station Julius-Leber-Brücke, where the S1 and S2 trains lead directly to Potsdamer Platz, Branderburger Tor, Friedrichstrasse, Südkreuz and even to the lakes area of Wannse .
