The routine takes very little time and is compatible with working full-time / sight-seeing. I’ll show you everything at the viewing. The Flat: Furnished living/bedroom, balcony, kitchen (washing machine + dishwasher), separate wardrobe/study. No active home Wi-Fi: You must use your own mobile hotspot. Rent is heavily discounted due to this and the cat care. Conditions & Legal Status: Rent: 700 €/month (All-inclusive fixed price). Deposit: 700 €. 100% legal partial sublet approved by the landlord.
