Situated on the third floor, the apartment faces west, ensuring plenty of natural light. Registration (Anmeldung) is possible, but the existing name on the doorbell, letterbox, and door cannot be changed. Important notes: Rent does not include utilities. Bills are an all-inclusive utility charge and amount to roughly 380€. The rental is available through HousingAnywhere. HA charges a 8% monthly fee (plus 19% VAT) applied to the full length of your stay (around 125€ per month). HA retains this amount from the first monthly rent that is going to be paid to the owner and will not reimburse this amount proportionally even if the tenants stay is finally shorter. For this reason, this amount will be charged to the tenant as a one time payment before his arrival, together with the deposit. Because of local regulations, a direct, regular rental agreement that gives access to Anmeldung is also required.
