Please note that final inspection fees will be charged based on the property rented: 89 for rooms, 150 for studios and 250 for 1 rooms apartment. Do not hesitate to contact us for any question. Pictures may only be representative. Please be aware once the booking is done on Uniplaces the Landlord will send you the contract documents. The deposit and our one-time service fee of 100 needs to be transferred to Landlord's bank account in order to proceed with the handover. Registration is provided.
