Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! So, you always have to cancel the contract with the accommodation provider the latest 2 months before moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month.
