Bright 27 m2 studio in Friedrichshain – Anmeldung available – €1,000 all-inclusive I am permanently leaving Germany due to a work relocation and am looking for a replacement tenant for my bright 27 m2 studio on Frankfurter Allee, in Friedrichshain. The monthly rent is €1,000 ALL-IN, including utilities and internet. The refundable deposit is €3,000 and Anmeldung is possible. The preferred move-in date is approximately 2–5 October 2026, although a slightly earlier or later date may be possible by arrangement. This is not a sublet. I am the current tenant and am only helping to find and pre-screen a suitable replacement tenant. The new tenancy agreement, deposit and all financial matters will be handled directly by the agency. The rental is intended as a long-term tenancy. The initial contract runs for one year and renews automatically. It can be terminated by either party with three months' notice. Agency requirements: the tenant must have either a work contract/proof of monthly income of at least €2,000, or a guarantor who meets the agency's requirements. Students and working professionals are both welcome. The studio is suitable for one person or a couple, although please keep in mind that it is a 27 m2 studio. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building in central Friedrichshain, with excellent public transport connections and plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and services within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils and appliances, including a microwave and refrigerator. A TV is included, and residents have access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. I am currently preparing an urgent international move for work, so the apartment may temporarily look slightly cluttered in some of the most recent images or video. Please note that I am unfortunately unable to arrange in-person viewings because I am leaving Berlin for work. However, I can provide a recent video walkthrough showing the apartment and its current condition. The agency can provide further information and will handle the formal rental process and documentation directly.
