The Lietzensee section of Charlottenburg features a very large and beautiful lake with expansive grounds and wildlife, about two minutes' walking distance from the apartment. The sunsets are beautiful and to be appreciated from the balcony, which looks out onto a garden landscape and radio tower, reminiscent of Paris' Eiffel Tower.
