The shared flat is on the 2nd floor. The room has a desk with chair, a space-saving folding bed and a wardrobe with a lockable day safe. Internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent. The minimum rental period is 6 months. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee). The deposit is three months' rent. In the course of the year, construction work will begin in the inner courtyard, which will be carried out within the legally prescribed regular working hours from Mondays to Saturdays. Check-in takes place from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Registration is possible. Internet und eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Allgemeinflächen sind im Mietpreis inklusive. Die Mindestmietzeit beträgt 6 Monate. Der monatliche Mietpreis ist all-inclusive (Miete + Heizung + Wasser + Internet + GEZ-Gebühr). Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten. Im Laufe des Jahres werden auf dem Innenhof Bauarbeiten beginnen, die innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Regelarbeitszeit von montags bis samstags verrichtet werden. Der Check-in erfolgt montags bis freitags in der Zeit von 07:00 bis 15:00 Uhr. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
