The flat is located in Reinickendorf, a nice and safe area, and is close to the Volkspark Schönholzer Heide. You can reach an S-Bahn and bus stop in just a few minutes' walk. Inside it will be quiet, because the flat is located in the back building. Perfect, therefore, if you work from home or if you value peace and quiet. Cleaning fee is 90EUR.
