will be requested, you will be asked by the authorities to pay a
residential tax called GEZ for the apartment (issued with a personal
specific number valid in all apartments in Germany where you will live;
it is not anymore a tax related to television and radio).
No pets are allowed and smoking is forbidden, thank you for your
understanding.

Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
