From the first coffee or tea of the day to your favourite Netflix show in the evening everything is offered. You can control the light, temperature and humidity of the apartment with your phone as it is equipped with smart home technology. The bathroom comes with a big walk-in shower with a rain shower option and floor heating. In under five minutes from the apartment, you reach two big supermarkets as well as three parks to get a bit of nature. A tram and subway station are situated nearby in under 300 meters.
