The moving in process was extremely easy and all the staff were helpful. I had no problems regarding checking in and if I had any issues it was dealt with immediately.
Payment Details
Bond : The bond is $1000.00 deposit.
Guarantor : No Guarantor Required.
Payment Details : Rent is due every month in advance.

House Policies
- Termination by Resident – If a Resident wishes to vacate Student Accommodation prior to the end date of their Residential Agreement, they must formally notify the University of their intention to vacate by emailing them, no later than 14 days prior to their desired departure date.By deciding to vacate Student Accommodation prior to the end date of their Residential Agreement, the Resident must pay the following prior to vacating:
1. a cancellation fee equal to 28 days’ rent; and
2. all outstanding debts and fees,
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the University may from time to time make changes to these Rules. It will try to do so fairly by notifying affected residents and giving them a chance to review and terminate their Residential Agreement if the change adversely affects them and they do not agree to it. If this occurs, the above cancellation fee shall not apply.
Termination by the property – Where a Residential Agreement is terminated by the property, the Resident wherever possible and appropriate, will be given 48 hours' written notice of eviction (or such other period as notified by the University). Such notice will be sent to the Resident's email address and a written copy will be delivered to their Room.

The Platform Fee is a one-time charge that prioritizes your booking and grants access to exclusive pre and post-landing services, potentially saving up to £1,500. This fee is refundable if UniAcco cannot secure the room category and property you select.
You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded (To be added on Cancellation Policy also)
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted at this property.
