It is located only 5 minutes away by car, 16 minutes away by train, or 30 minutes away by walking from the University of Melbourne - Hawthorn Campus. The accommodation provides fully furnished apartments with a fridge, a microwave, an electric stove, a bookshelf, and heating. 

The apartments also have WiFi and contents insurance included in the rent, which starts from AU$ 325 per week. The accommodation also has a community spirit program that organizes social and recreational activities for the residents.

Room Types:

Student Living - Vivida offers three types of rooms for students who want to live in a private and fully furnished space: Ensuite, Studio Regular, and Studio Deluxe.

• Ensuite rooms have a private bathroom and share a kitchen with other residents. They are suitable for students who want to have their privacy and also socialize with others.
• Studio Regular rooms have a private bathroom and a private kitchen. They also have a TV, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, and a window. They are suitable for students who want to have their own space and amenities.
• Studio Regular with Aircon rooms are the same as Studio Regular rooms, but they also have an air conditioner. They are suitable for students who want to have a comfortable temperature in their room.
• Studio Deluxe rooms are the same as Studio Regular rooms, but they are larger. They are suitable for students who want to have more space and comfort in their rooms.
• All the rooms have a rent of AU$ 325 to AU$ 335 per week and a deposit of AU$ 1408 to AU$ 1452, depending on the room type and the duration of the stay. The move-in date is February 14, 2024, and the duration ranges from 51 to 56 weeks.
