Booking Deposit:- Typically equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent (bond).
Security Deposit :- Included in booking deposit.
Installment Plan:- Rent payable fortnightly.
Guarantor:- Not Required.
Mode of Payments:- Bank Transfer.

Cooling-off Period:- No cooling-off period once the lease agreement is signed and payment is made.
Replacement Tenant:- The tenant is responsible for finding a replacement tenant, subject to management approval.
No Visa, No Pay:- No refund will be provided if a visa is not granted.
No Place, No Stay:- No refund will be provided if the student does not secure a university place.
