Booking Cancellation Policy
1. If you cancel your booking with more than 4 weeks' written notice prior to the initial check-in date, the weekly fees will be refunded in full. The placement fee is non-refundable.
2. If you cancel your booking with less than 4 weeks' written notice prior to the initial check-in date, you will forfeit the initial 4 weeks' payment plus the placement fee. Any additional weekly fees paid will be refunded.
3. If you cancel your booking with less than 2 weeks' written notice prior to the initial check-in date, you will forfeit the initial 8 weeks' payment plus the placement fee. Any additional weekly fees paid will be refunded
