• If starting within 14 days and still waiting on visa/university offer, options are:

  1. Start paying lease and hold the room.

  2. One-time deferral until Semester 1, 2026 (same rate, but later cancellation requires 4-week termination payment).

  3. Cancel with a 4-week termination payment.

• No Visa, No Offer, No Pay: Students can cancel without charge if visa is refused or university entry is declined.

  • Must provide documentation.

  • Cancellation request must be submitted ≥21 days before lease start.

  • Within 21 days of start (or after), standard cancellation policy applies.

• International students with visa delays should notify Iglu 30 days before contract start to discuss options.
