The resident will be charge :

Early Termination Fees equal 2 x weeks Occupancy fees

Responsible for finding a suitable replacement to take over the remainder of the contract.

This requires minimum 28 days' notice of intention to vacate, and important to note that rental obligation continues, until the tenant finds an

acceptable replacement to take over the lease - therefore it is not a simple matter of paying 2 weeks rent and leaving.
