Advance Rent Payment: 300 GBP
Security Deposit: 1000 GBP (Five weeks or Six weeks rent)

Five weeks’ rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000
Six weeks’ rent where the annual rent is £50,000 or more
Payment: One month’s rent plus deposit ahead of their move-in date.
Must have UK Based bank Account to set up direct debit for monthly utility payments
Guarantor: UK-based required
Mode of Payment: Credit/Debit Card

Cancellation Terms and Conditions 
 

• Once the reservation fee is paid a 24 hour cooling off period begins. Within this period the reservation fee will be returned if the customer no longer wishes to go ahead with their booking.
• Beyond this 24 hour period the customer can still terminate their booking but the reservation fee will be kept.
• After moving in a tenant can terminate their contract with 30 days notice by:
  • Scenario 1: if no concession was applied the user will pay 2 months rent to terminate the contract
  • Scenario 2: if a concession was applied then the user will pay the sum of the value of concession they have accumulated plus 2 months rent
