- If an individual is unable to fulfil their tenancy obligations and does not move into the property through being unable to provide the correct VISA requirements, the tenant is entitled to a full refund of their security deposit of £500.00 GBP. The outgoing tenant will be liable to a £50 inc VAT admin charge and must inform the Managing Agent or Landlord no later than 31st July 2024 of their intentions.
