Cancellation and Refunds

Fully refundable if the student cancels before signing the Agreement. Refund initiated within 14 working days of the booking cancellation.
Refund timelines are subject to banking channels, intermediary delays, and verification completion.
Advance rent Refunds
Non-refundable after the cooling-off period has ended unless the cancellation is due to visa rejection or other exceptional circumstances (proof required)
Refundable if a student provides a replacement
All refund decisions are at Acomodo’s discretion based on documented circumstances. Refunds are initiated within 14 working days of Acomodo's confirmation.
Please note - 

The tenant can request cancellation of their accommodation in the event of a visa rejection, provided that:
The student notifies the Company in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the visa rejection decision 
Such notification is received on or before 5th January’26. 
Valid documentary proof of the visa rejection is submitted.
In such a case, the company may, at its sole discretion, refund both the security deposit and the advance rent in full. All refund decisions shall be final and binding.
