It is decorated with great attention to detail, parquet floors, white aluminum windows, heating, internet, and all kinds of appliances: washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave... The available room is 13 m2 and includes a 1.35 m bed, a wardrobe, and a desk and chair for studying. The price is €455, always with all expenses included: electricity, water, heating, building fees, and internet. Due to the landlord’s obligation to contract liability insurance that covers damages, losses, and risks that may involve the tenant, an amount of forty euros (€40) will be charged to the tenant in the first invoice of each year of the contract’s validity. The management of the room rental entails a €90 fee, which will be charged only on the first rental invoice. This fee is non-refundable.
