Estos grandes apartamentos son el mejor lugar para vivir en el centro de la ciudad si estudias o trabajas en el centro de la ciudad o si necesitas una estación de tren directa o la estación de metro de Xativa. Perfil deseado del inquilino: estudiante joven y/o trabajador joven que le gustaría vivir en la mejor ubicación. No se permiten parejas y no se permite fumar en el piso y en el balcón. No se permiten invitados. TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE ALQUILER: A los inquilinos se les cobrará una tarifa mensual de 60 euros por los gastos estimados, que se ajustarán de acuerdo con el consumo real a la salida del inquilino.
