The flat has a large lounge/dining room and a huge roof terrace , fully equipped kitchen and even space in the private entrance area to leave your bicycle. The landlord , does not leave in, but only come to stay a few day per month. Bed linen is provided and the cleaning of the common areas is done once a month. Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace. Tenants are allowed to invite overnight guest , but for stays shorter than 5 nights and there is a surcharge of 7,00 Euros per night he/she stays.
