ROOM: Bright double room in Benimaclet. It is a very good option if you are a student or young worker and you want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It is a fully equipped and furnished room: - Bed 120x190cm - Wardrobe - Desk with lamp and chair - Bedside table - Private exterior balcony - Lock for your privacy - Fan APARTMENT: The flat is 100m2 and has 4 bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom. The common areas are really nice, with a living room with sofa and table for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Microwave - Crockery and cutlery NEIGHBOURHOOD: Benimaclet is the student neighbourhood par excellence. Its excellent communication with the universities, as well as its proximity to the beach, makes it year after year the preferred destination for students and young professionals, both national and foreign. The neighbourhood is full of shops, such as supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, stationery shops, gyms, so the offer is very wide Metro stops: - Benimaclet: Lines 3, 4, 6 and 9. Bus stops: - Emilio Baró 177: Lines 70 and 12 - Primado Reig 194: Lines 89 and 98 Points of interest: - Arena shopping centre: - Horchatería Rin: one of the reference horchaterias in the city of Valencia, where you can taste the authentic horchata. - Nightlife EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Gas: 15€/month -Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer a free cleaning service once a week of the communal areas. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good condition. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it is important to keep everything clean. Cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the necessary cleaning products in the flat. BEDROOM CLOTHING: For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check in will take place at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details of how to get to the office, but it is within easy reach of the airport. We will meet you here to complete the payments, sign the rental contract and provide you with a set of keys to your new home. Check-in hours will be from 16:00 to 20:00. If you arrive in Valencia earlier you can leave your luggage in my office in the meantime. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave the keys at a 24H point, where you can pick them up. Check out will be at the latest on the last day of the rental contract at 11:00AM. If your flight is after this time, you can leave your luggage here at the office free of charge.
