Terms of the contract: 1. Purpose of the stay: exclusively temporary accommodation for reasons other than tourism and not as a permanent residence. 2. Occupancy: maximum 5 persons. 3.Restrictions: The tenant agrees not to engage in illegal or disruptive activities on the property. Community rules must be respected. 4.Payment: The rent is payable in advance, according to the booking details and through (hidden). 5. Maintenance and Condition: The property is handed over in good condition. The tenant must return it in the same condition, otherwise the tenant will repair any damage. 6. Completion: Late departures will incur a penalty equal to double the daily proportional rent. 7. Data Protection: The personal data provided will be managed according to the applicable legal requirements for the fulfilment of the contract. A draft contract can be sent by e-mail.
