The fees include water, electricity, high-speed Internet, gas, and cleaning of common areas twice a month, ensuring a tidy and stress-free environment. The flat consists of 4 rooms, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a shared living space, located on the first floor of the building (no lift). The neighbourhood surrounding the apartment is one of Valencia’s most dynamic and convenient. Cabanyal is known for its charming streets, lively atmosphere, and the unique character of its historic maritime district. Just a short distance away, Blasco Ibañez offers a youthful and academic vibe, full of students, cafés, and relaxed meeting spots. Daily essentials are always within reach, with supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacies, and local stores all just steps away from your door. The area is filled with cafés, bakeries, bars, and restaurants offering everything from traditional Valencian dishes to international cuisine. Whether you prefer a calm morning coffee, a sunny lunch on a terrace, or a fun night out, the neighbourhood has something for every mood. Check-in is from 15h to 19H from Monday to Friday, working days only (= "días hábiles"). Outside this time range, we have to make sure it's possible first. Check-out is on all days, before 12h00. If we can attend, perfect; if not, it's self-check-out (they leave the keys on the desk of the room)
