RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Tenants will be charged a monthly fee of 60 euros for estimated expenses, to be adjusted according to the actual consumption at the tenant's departure. In addition, a cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged upon departure of the tenant. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Free of charge from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Weekends, holidays and out of hours, an additional fee of 70 euros will be charged. TENANT CONDITIONS: Documentation will be requested to prove the tenant's student status or that he/she is doing an study internship. COVID certificate will also be requested.
