This big apartments is best place to live in city center if you study or work on city center or if you need direct train station or Xativa Metro station. Tenant desired profile : young student and/or young worker whonwould like to live in best location. No couples allowed. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Tenants will be charged a monthly fee of 60 euros for estimated expenses, to be adjusted according to the actual consumption at the tenant's departure. In addition, a cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged upon departure of the tenant. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Free of charge from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Weekends, holidays and out of hours, an additional fee of 70 euros will be charged.
