Great apartment in heart of Valencia City Center next to Nord Train station and Metro Xativa. All rooms have very nice and new staff . You can find very nice big rooms with big windows. Also Some of them with Balcony with very nice views . Common areas 3 bathrooms and full equiped kitchen. This big apartments is best place to live in city center if you study or work on city center or if you need direct train station or Xativa Metro station. Tenant desired profile : young student and/or young worker whonwould like to live in best location. No couples allowed. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Tenants will be charged a monthly fee of 60 euros for estimated expenses, to be adjusted according to the actual consumption at the tenant's departure. In addition, a cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged upon departure of the tenant. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Free of charge from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Weekends, holidays and out of hours, an additional fee of 70 euros will be charged. TENANT CONDITIONS: Documentation will be requested to prove the tenant's student status or that he/she is doing an study internship. COVID certificate will also be requested.

Is it Refundable?
You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded (To be added on Cancellation Policy also)
Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
Is a Guarantor required to book a room?
