Our service includes: Room rental, 2 weekly cleanings of common areas, Maintenance, Internet, and Taxes. 24/7 support through our housing manager, to whom you can report any issues, so you can focus on studying and enjoying your stay. Optional services available: Monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or extra room cleaning. // BOOKING POLICIES: Preferred booking period: September - June. Shorter stays will be considered, with preference given to those starting in September and/or ending in June. Rooms are intended for tenants aged 18-24. If you book in July or August for more than two months, we will accept bookings that extend until June of the following year. This offer includes liability insurance provided by the property manager.
