This student residence is a completely new and modern concept. It is located in a beautiful area of Seville, right next to the Reina Mercedes campus of the University of Seville and within walking distance of the Pablo Olavide University, EUSA University and Loyola University, among others. Facilities include a dining room with terrace, where we offer the option of half board or full board, several study rooms, a multi-purpose space for leisure and work, an outdoor recreational area with barbecue, laundry area and a private covered car park. The residence is staffed 24 hours a day, and the staff organises events and coordinates the programme of activities for the students, doing everything in their power to make their student experience in Seville a memorable one.
