Therefore, any short-term supplement will imply a modification of the security deposit accordingly. The security deposit must be transferred by wire transfer or Paypal upon execution of the lease agreement, before checkin. The contract signature and transfer of the deposit must be completed within 7 days. Lack of compliance with these requisites will be regarded as an unilateral cancellation by the prospective tenant.
