My apartment is small but very cozy—a fourth-floor unit without an elevator, full of natural light—and overlooks a large, tree-lined park where you can go for a walk, a run, or just soak up the sun. There’s free parking, and just 5 minutes away are some swimming pools if you like to swim. The bus stop is 2 minutes away, and a 4-minute walk takes you to a very large shopping center, El Corte Inglés, and the city center; the main square is 20 minutes from my home. Also, the Fine Arts and Psychology faculties are 13 minutes away, and the Castilla y León Conservatory of Music is less than 5 minutes away. There’s a health center, bars, and more... IMPORTANT: You cannot access the kitchen; you may only use the microwave. Additionally, if you wish to use the washing machine, there is an extra charge. You also cannot access the living room.
