Everything you need is right at your doorstep and within walking distance --- ? Our lifestyle We live a very health-conscious and mainly plant-based lifestyle ? ? Important to know: - Cooking is absolutely allowed ? - ? No meat or fish may be cooked or fried inside the apartment ? Reason: - The kitchen is small (gas stove) - Cooking smells spread throughout the entire apartment ? Alternatives: - Eat outside ?? - Or consume it discreetly in your room ? ? Additionally: - Please avoid eating sweets or unhealthy snacks directly in front of my son ? --- ?? Food & restaurants right outside (big advantage) ? This is where your location really shines: You have everything right in front of your door – for every taste and every budget: - Asian food (including a great Thai restaurant right downstairs ?) - Italian (pizza, pasta, high-quality stone oven pizza ?) - Kebab & street food ? - Cafés & breakfast spots ? ? You can: - ? have breakfast for under 5 € (fresh baguette with tomato + orange juice) ? all the way to: - ?? high-quality freshly prepared meals ? Everything is close, affordable and very good quality. ?? That’s why in daily life it’s actually very easy not to cook meat or fish at home – most guests really enjoy the variety outside ? --- ? About us We are a small, warm and open-hearted family ??? I am: - a former social worker - studied psychology - worked extensively with young people ? You can always talk to me openly – honesty, respect and clear communication are very important to us ? We are modern Christian believers ? ? We pray before meals and before going to sleep ? On Sundays, we usually go to an open and welcoming English-speaking community church ? You are very welcome to join us if you like ? --- ? Daily life, work & quiet times I work in the field of holistic health and innovative neurotechnology (Super Patch) and partly from home. ? Important to know: - I am often out and not home all day - Many of my calls are done outside (for example at the gym) ? Occasionally I may have a Zoom call during the day ? this is rare and usually not an issue ? One fixed appointment: - ? once per month (Wednesday) - ? 20:15 – 22:15 ? during this time I need absolute quiet in the living room --- ? Who we are looking for We are looking for: - people with structure (Only working professionals) - independent and active individuals ? Not suitable for: - people who stay at home all day ? This home is not designed for full-time staying inside – it’s for people with their own daily rhythm. --- ? Cleanliness & order (very important) ? In our home: - Dishes are cleaned immediately after use - Kitchen is left clean - Trash is disposed regularly - Room is kept tidy ? Shoes: - ? No outdoor shoes inside the apartment (including flip-flops or sandals worn outside) --- ?? Beach & sand ? We have marble floors – sand is immediately noticeable ? - Please wash your feet before entering ? - Do not bring sand inside ? Terrace: - White carpets ? clean feet only ? --- ? Important on Mallorca ? Ants and cockroaches can appear quickly - No food waste in the room trash - Dispose food only in the kitchen - Always store food properly sealed ? Kitchen must always be cleaned after use --- ? Smoking - Only allowed outside ? Atmosphere You can expect a: - calm - respectful - clean - family-like environment ? ?
