El piso está completamente amueblado y listo para entrar a vivir. Detalles del alquiler: ?Precio mensual por habitación: incluye el uso del inmueble y mantenimiento general. ?Servicio de limpieza de zonas comunes disponible por 10 €/mes (opcional). ?Conexión WiFi: en ocasiones ya está instalada; si no, los inquilinos podrán contratarla con la compañía de su elección. ? Suministros: los gastos de electricidad y otros servicios básicos se reparten proporcionalmente entre los inquilinos, según los recibos mensuales.
