Financial conditions: • Monthly rent: €2,400. • Utilities provision: €250/month, reconciled against actual bills and consumption. • Mandatory cleaning: €100/month for two visits, paid directly to the service provider. • Expected monthly outlay: €2,750, subject to utilities reconciliation. • Security deposit: €4,800.
