C. Postigo de Arance

They are two almost identical apartments, located on the first or second floor of a recently built building that is located in a semi-pedestrian area, on the corner of Carretería and Postigo de Arance streets, about 500 meters from Plaza de Constitución and Calle Larios, which are the center of Malaga. They consist of a living room, divided into three areas: a sitting area with a sofa bed for two people, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a television a dining area with a table and chairs and a kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. It has air conditioning heating and cooling. It opens onto Postigo de Arance Street. There is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, window facing the street, and a ceiling fan, and finally a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
