Just renewed apartment! All expenses included. Beautiful room on the second floor of a building located three minutes walking distance to the Cathedral. Room with plenty of natural light due to its balcony facing a very quiet street and right next to all restaurants, bars and shops. All elements in the room are brand new for the first tenants, including the bed/mattress. Flat is shared with other four rooms and it counts with two bathrooms and a big kitchen. Room is equipped with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bed sheets and towels will be provided. All expenses are including, with cleaning of the common areas once a week.
