The apartment is available for rent from September 8 to June 25, on a seasonal basis, to female Erasmus students. It is located on Aguado Street in a very central area, just 250 meters from Gijóns most famous natural beach, San Lorenzo. The security deposit is paid in cash upon move-in the remaining monthly rent payments are also paid in cash and in advance each month. As gas and electricity bills arrive approximately 10 per month, they are added to the monthly rent.
