It is in a relaxed area of the town, however public transport is close to it which makes going to the beach or university very accessible, the bus station is 5 minutes away and the train station is 10 minutes away. There are also a couple of supermarkets which are 5-8 minutes away walking. The beach is also accessible walking distance since its a 25 minute walk to the beach.
